DSLR Film making. Story telling. Hawaii.

AVP legend Stein Metzger was in town to play with his partner Alika Williams. They took 1st for the mens. And local favorites Tina Damasco and Linda Nelson won the womens division.

Jake Shimabukuro does Bohemian Rhapsody on the uke at TED 2010. Unreal!

Highlights from the 2011 Honolulu Twestival that I shot and edited.

Great event that supported the Hawaii Blood Bank.

Events like this make me realize that we have an amazing group of people here in Hawaii who put in buckets of effort to making these events a success. Mahalo to Aloha Bruce, Ryan Ozawa, Angela Keen and everyone else who dreamed and planned.

Great performances by Jason Tom, Kamuela Kahoano, Emi Hart, Willow Chang.

choicest pics from one of my best weekends ever. Kahana Bay and Portlock mansion party

If a big wave comes in large fishes will come from the dark ocean which you never saw before, and when they see the small fishes they will eat them up; such also is the case with large animals, they will prey on the smaller ones; the ships of the whitemen have come, and smart people have arrived from the Great Countries which you have never seen before, they know our people are few in number and living in a small country; they will eat us up, such has always been the case with large countries, the small ones have been gobbled up.
