New Job with HMSA
I’m starting a new job as the relationship manager at HMSA - Hawaii’s main health insurance company covering 600k+ people.
HMSA created this position to reach out directly to their customers who have unresolved questions or problems and make sure they are addressed at a personal level.
I’ll be traveling to HMSA’s events around the islands and talking to customers. If they have issues with their insurance - I’ll either address them or take them back to HQ and get answers. If the same issues come up over and over - I’ll work with the right teams to invent new processes.
I’ll also be blogging/shooting video of HMSA’s events to get the word out of all the valuable programs they offer to a larger audience.
I’m thrilled to be taking this position because I’ll have a chance to make a positive impact on people’s lives in Hawaii.
