Today you’ll identify and analyze your competition.

Figure out who the top 5 competitors are and right a short briefing on each: Where are they, what exactly do they offer, price points, market niche, and relevant details.

Today you’ll refine and describe the concept of your business.

Due Date: Wednesday October 12th

TASK:

Write up the unique value propostion of your business. Why should people care, why should they give you their money. You’ll need 3 versions of this:

- 8 words

- 2 sentences

-1 paragraph

Do as many rewrites as you need. Think HARD about your core value. Don’t include side items, extras, addons, future plans. Give the meat.

Do not use fancy terminology. Each of the three writing pieces should stand on its own.
