Usability testing
Reached out on Twitter today with some questions about usability testing for the revamped doctor search tool we’re building for hmsa.com. Here’s the conversation that resulted. I think we’re going to start with in-person testing using the Silverback App that Jason recommended. Thanks everyone.

Volunteering at the Jack Johnson show
Last night I volunteered to help people register to vote through Kanu Hawaii at the Jack Johnson show. I got nine people [including myself] registered to vote.
Getting my hands dirty at the grassroots level felt great. I probably talked to around 100 people at the show who ranged from drunken partyboys to civic leaders.
